WHAT EXACTLY IS ESSENCE COACHING & who is it for?
Essence Coaching is a process of returning to who you are beneath conditioning, performance, and survival strategies — and learning how to live, lead, and create from that place.
While this work can support anyone navigating growth or transition, my work is most deeply rooted in entrepreneurship, because building a business is one of the most revealing mirrors of the inner world.
Entrepreneurship doesn’t just test your skills — it exposes your nervous system, your patterns around worth and control, your relationship to power, visibility, rest, and responsibility. Your business will always reflect who you are inside.
Essence Coaching asks the deeper questions:
- Who are you really? Beneath the roles you play?
- Why are you showing up the way you are?
- How is your inner world shaping your relationships, work, and business?
- What shifts are required as you return to your true essence?
As you reconnect with your essence, real changes occur in how you make decisions, set boundaries, structure your work, and relate to others. I support you in executing the shifts that naturally arise from this process, both in life and in business, where it aligns with my wheelhouse.
This is not formula-based coaching, mindset bypassing, or performance optimization for the sake of growth. I do not guarantee specific outcomes such as income, visibility, or audience size. What I do guarantee is a raw, honest journey of self-exploration, reflection, and integration. What you choose to build from that truth is ultimately your responsibility.

We begin by slowing things down enough to see clearly.
Together, we identify who you are being in your life, your relationships, and your business. We look at patterns, behaviours, and stories that are shaping how you show up, often unconsciously.
This phase is about honesty, not judgment.

Once the patterns are visible, we explore what is conditioning you and what is actually you. This includes examining things such as: survival strategies, identity attachments, nervous system responses + roles you’ve learned to perform to succeed or belong.
The work here is a return, not a reinvention.
We strip back what isn’t essential so your true essence can lead.

what makes me qualified to guide you through this procesS?
I guide from lived experience, not theory.
I built my company from the ground up with no formal background in business. I didn’t follow a formula or a conventional path. I followed my essence, my intuition, and my truth — and allowed the work to shape me as much as I shaped it.
That path has led me here: owning and operating an event venue that is booked a full year in advance, alongside multiple other offerings. I support you using both my firsthand experience and the network of connections I’ve built through doing, not studying.
And I don’t guide from a place of having it all figured out.
I guide from the reality that being human and being in business is messy.
Owning my business for over four years has ripped me apart and sewn me back together more times than I can count. I’ve been stretched, humbled, burned out, and reshaped by the responsibility of holding vision, people, money, land, and myself — often all at once.
That lived experience matters.
I don’t pretend growth is linear.
I understand entrepreneurship as an initiation, one that asks for honesty, responsibility, and self-trust. I know what it takes to keep choosing integrity when things fall apart, and how to rebuild from truth.
Who This Is Not For:
This work is not for everyone and that’s intentional.
This is not for you if you’re looking for a formula, blueprint, or step-by-step system to follow, or if you want someone else to take responsibility for your outcomes. I don’t offer quick fixes, guaranteed results, or surface-level growth.
This is not coaching for performance, optics, or hustle culture.
And it’s not for bypassing discomfort or avoiding responsibility.
I will call you on your patterns, blind spots, and avoidance, not to shame you, but because you didn’t come here to be coddled. You came to be seen clearly, heard honestly, and to evolve. Growth and real change aren’t always comfortable, and sometimes truth lands sharp before it lands freeing. I will call you on your sh*t, with the utmost care, discernment, and intention.
This work also isn’t for anyone who’s easily offended. I swear, I eat meat, butter + bacon, and I may occasionally take our call from the beach. If that bothers you, this isn’t your space.
